Attending your first ACM NYCWiC conference and not sure what to wear?

Here are some tips:

• comfortable shoes, avoid high heels

• business casual

• wear something you’re comfortable in and attracts the type of attention you would want at a professional conference

• slacks and pantsuits are fine, as are dresses and skirts

• a good length for skirts and dresses are just above or below the knee

• it is better to overdress than underdress

• when in doubt, ask your advisor
