Step 1: Register

  • Student: $25

  • Recent Graduate: $100

  • Faculty/Non-Profit: $150

If your organization is a sponsor, registration cost may be waived. Please check with your organization to see if they have a sponsor discount code before registering!

Step 2: Book a Room

If you are traveling from outside the Poughkeepsie area and need lodging for the night of Friday, April 11. reserve your room at our discounted rate, $99/night, by March 11, 2025.

    The Amtrak/Metro-North station is less than a mile from the hotel:     Poughkeepsie, NY (POU) | Amtrak

  • By car

    Poughkeepsie is about 1.5 hours south of Albany and 1.5 hours north of NYC. Parking is available at the hotel.
